But what really ties it all together is that the gameplay is actually good and addictive, which is what a lot of games in this similar vein fail to achieve.

It's possible your save data may be corrupted, which is usually stored in your Local Appdata. We'll try to find a fix for this, but you may have to delete your save data, or move it somewhere else for now.

Another great update. Every update coming from this team has been meaningful, which is impressive considering how fast they are. (I know it took a lot of time, but fast by game development standards). I like how you automatically parry when going up a size now, avoiding annoying situations where you're caught off guard by a hitbox size change. There aren't any more things in this game where I feel you take damage and it wasn't your fault. A good level of challenge while also being fair. A surprising amount of customization and tailoring towards player experiences and an expert blend of art and gameplay. Something few games, even by big studios, fail to achieve. An unfortunate side effect of this is that if you take out content that may not be your preference, you lock yourself out of certain gameplay features. But hard to really complain about that. Not really a "problem" to fix unless all the features were just reskins of others. Speaking of reskins, Shifting Sugar. At first I wasn't sure about her character gimmick, but she grew on me. It was a good warmup to get back into the game after a long break. She kind of tests your mastery of the different characters in the game. On the note of characters. Every character is very unique and has to approach the various challenges present in the game in a different way. Which is impressive for a smup. And the teasing of a campaign mode was great. This is way more content than I ever expected from a game like this. I think the team could've gotten away with a quarter of the effort and still blown people away. All this to say, if you have a spare buck, it's definitely worth supporting the devs in their endeavors. They've earned it for all the work and passion they've put in and for what they've produced as a result of it. Nothing else to really add from my last review. I don't think there's a problem I mentioned in it that wasn't addressed (even the nitpicky ones). At this point I just feel I'm spoiling myself with dessert. Which I suppose is apropos for the themes of this game. Look out for the full release.
Oh also forgot to mention a minor bug I encountered where Bella started off with the custom sprite on the home screen. No idea how to recreate it so it may just be a fringe save file thing. Still worth mentioning just in case though.

I used my power-up on her, and had chosen to let her float, which once she floated off the top of the screen, I got a code error. I don't know if it's just her, or the float option with that power-up in general, as I have yet to try it, so I just wanted to let you know.
how are you supposed to get the "inflated by a boss" award as pump punk? i let both jiggling jelly and corpulent coconut inflate me but it didn't count
Great game, and I just wanted to say that works perfect on the steam deck. Also if anyone knows if you can carry over saves to new updates please let me know. I started the game yesterday and played for a few hours, I'd like to keep the stuff I unlocked going into the new updates if possible.
I don't know if it's just me, but when I try extracting the game it gives me some problems, either not showing the .exe or showing it but not opening it saying it contains a virus. Has anyone else excperienced the same problem as me?
This is really fun it feels like an arcade game but with more to do, I played this when it came out and I loved it especially the music it perfectly fits the theme of an old space arcade game and it kind of reminds me of adventures of link in a weird way after I beat it I just listened to the menu music for a while. I wasn't expecting the characters to be voiced but I really like them! the levels are fun and I like the fact that even if you get too big it still helps I like that each character has different fetishes you can explore. I love this game and I hope there's more vore content and or things to eat in future updates.
Great game, but has underlying longevity problems. The first 15 waves are absolute boring fodder once you get to the point where you know what the powerups are. I'd do something like Ultrakill's Cybergrind wave system, where once you reach double a wave milestone, you can start at that milestone instead.
Also, losing your parry when you get a powerup is really annoying. It's your only defensive mechanic, and the game greatly relies on you having it. Otherwise you can get put into undodgeable situations and either waste your powerup or just die.
DOUBLECAP!!!!! ADD MORE FART CONTENT AND MY LIFE IS YOURS!!!!!!!!! not to mention the outie stuff, you have no clue how ECSTATIC i was too see a warning for outies on the gallery let alone the costume martha has. EVERY character deserves one heheheeee!!!
(but seriously this game is so addictive, the only complaints/additions i can think of is some kind of system to choose which bosses you encounter or a way to track the ones you've seen to make 100% a little easier. that and maybe a cheat/mode where there's always a power up cake present so you can experiment and learn the interactions it gives ur character, other than that great job!!)

The game is peak, I've been playing it and working on my own custom skin nonstop since finding it.
I just have one question, though. How does one edit the description of their custom skins, if even possible?

The save data should be stored in your Local Appdata, and not within the game itself. Updates shouldn't affect your save data.
